Old Montreal architectural gem
The 410 Saint-Nicolas building situated in the heart of Old Montreal was historically constructed for the manufacturing of James Coristine furs. The building creating a U shape was built in 3 parts along the streets of St Nicolas (1901-1902), St Paul (1902-1904) and le Moyne (1907). At the time the 6 floor building was one of the most imposing in Montreal. Today, the Coristine Building is mainly occupied by multimedia businesses but has undoubtedly conserved its charm of the past.
